Class Reservations and Cancellations:
* Clients must reserve their spots in classes in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio.
* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs before the scheduled class, otherwise penalties amounting to the session fee will be applied.
* Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.
* Each package is specifically designed for one individual and cannot be shared.
* We have a NO REFUND POLICY*
*Please note that our packages have designated validity periods. The validity period is stated in the package description. Once a package expires, it is no longer eligible for redemption.
*No Freezing or Holding of Subscriptions: Please note that we do not offer the option to freeze or hold subscriptions for any reason. All subscriptions are active from the date of purchase and will continue on their regular billing cycle.
